We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors.

We have a backup plan in place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and cocktail hour will move indoors.

Yes! Free parking is available at the venue. The lot is gravel, so plan your footwear accordingly. The rest of the venue is concrete.

Yes. A room block has been reserved at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Dalton under “James Wedding.” Please book by June 16, 2027 to receive the reserved rate. Additional booking details can be found under the Travel tab.

We won't be arranging group transportation, but Uber vouchers will be provided closer to the date to help with getting to and from the venue. More details to come.

We kindly ask guests to wear formal, all-black attire and to avoid white. See the Wedding Attire page for details and examples.

Your invitation is reserved for the guest(s) listed by name. If a plus-one has been extended to you, that will be noted on your invitation and in the RSVP form. We ask that no additional guests be added beyond those indicated.

Yes! Food and drinks, including alcohol, will be provided. You'll select your entrée when you RSVP.

Absolutely. Just include any allergies or restrictions with your RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Yes. We ask that guests silence their phones and hold off on photos during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present.

Of course! Once the ceremony ends, feel free to snap away and celebrate with us.
